I submit my application in march 2001.on my first assesment they ask me to attaned selection interview. under IRPA i submit all my documents again in march 2004. then i got my madical papers in june 2004 and a letter stating that timely completion of these documents may waive my interview. In aug 2004 i got letter to submit ielts result and ROLF. on oct 18th i saw on cic webside that
"decision made" and medical result has been reviced.the office will contact concerning that decision.
please advise my interview has been waived or not because i havent recive any letter stating that my interview has been waived.

You were asked to submit IELTS results because most probably the visa officer cannot render his final decision yet. Without it, chances are you may not get a favourable decision. If they ask for it then send it ASAP. For now, the fate of your application solely depends on your IELTS.

now cic webside shows "decision made and medical result have been recived
so what decision they have made on my applicaiton
i have heard that if cic shows decision made and medical result recived so usually Pasport request comes
