Subject: Step children and education
  Hello,

I am a Canadian citizen with a wife, a child of our own, and two school aged step children (10 and 12). I am thinking of moving with them to Quebec. If my wife and step children enter the country as Visitors, then we decide to stay there and I sponsor them from within the country, do we have to pay for their schooling until they get a visa? If we move to Ontario will it be any different?
