|Subject: Will I need to obtain a police report for usa?
I lived in the USA for 6 months. Is it possible for me to avoid having to apply to the FBI for a police report and assume I lived there for 5 months? I have dual citizenship and hold 2 passports for the EU, so the passport I´m using to apply for the work permit has no record of me being in the USA. Is the Canadian consulate in the UK able to verify if I lived in the USA another way or should I just go with getting the police report from the USA?
I don´t want to wait the time for the police report from the USA but at the same time don´t want to cause a delay in my application if they ask for it later.

#1 Don´t lie about yourself to any Immigration officer, they know each and everything about who is entering which country no matter how many passports you have
#2 It does not hurt to apply for the USA Pccs. "Almost Perfect" gave a trick recently how to get it in 10 DAYS so apparently it can be done quickly
#3 Someone in this forum also said that you can send your police clearance certificate AFTER you submit your application since it is valid only for 3 months. So don´t worry about the timings.
