i try to reach LA consulate as they said they will email me about the size of the pictures i didnt recieve the email and still i send the pics 2 weeks ago and and email them but i didn´t got any responce from them and i try the phone but i m not able to contact the operator please help its almost a month that i send the passport

The phone number at LA now is not picked up by any human. It has automated recordings now. Send them emails and faxes and tell them how desperate you are just to find out if the pictures are ok. Nothing wrong in it and they will respond back within 2 days.
My passport got dispatched exactly on the 30th day from LA.
Why don´t you track your return envelope?

Thanks for your kind responses. I did send them email twice. First one last Monday, and second on Thursday. No reply. Also, the tracking on my return envelope does not show any activity. It is not in the system yet. Yes, as Saikripa said, calling them is useless. If I don´t get any response by Monday, I will fax them.

I too have tried all and fax worked - got reply by Fax - emails and phone does not work.Besides even if they do not answer it nudges our file movement, talking from experience
