i have concern about that one of my daughter is diagnose a minor autism, At the time of application we dont know about that until at the time of medical( the doctor says that one of my daughter 5 years old seems to be an artistic child but he said that he will not mentioned in the medical result but its better to consult a specilist ), i applied from USA and got the submission of passport last week and i send the passport for visa stamping.
we went to the specialist and there she is diagnose that she is artistic child, we thought that she had speech delay,
my question is that will this effect while landing to canada for PR as the medicals result shows nothing about that problem and also we stay there and we send her to the school and overthere they will see that she is artistic child (Autism) will that effect on our PR or getting the citizen ship.
please Advice what to do i m very worried about that.

My answer is in a form of a question.
Why would any DMP who makes his money from potential immigrants let you know of a medical condition of a dependent and imply he would not inform CIC? Is there a possibility that he will inform CIC but wanted to inform the parents to start getting medical treatment?
Now if the comment is true and the condition is sooooo minor not to cause hardship on the Canadian Health Care system (HE) will not have done anything wrong. If nothing is mentioned by the DMP CIC will know nothing as well.
Now misrepresentation has to be proven. Do you understand?
If your daughters condition is severe the issue will be when did you become aware of the condition? If you become aware of the condition after you become Landed NO misrepresentation has occurred.
If someone comes into Canada after passing a medical and becomes ill how could any misrepresentation occur?
