Hello Everyone,
I am planning to visit Canada to spent long weekend as a tourist by Road to see Niyagara and other places. I am familiar with TRV process, since gone through last year.
But i changed my employer recently, and not restamped (H1B) yet, wondering is that will create any issue while entering to USA.
I tried to enquired with others and they are saying as long as u have Valid Visa, it wont be a problem... But still i am trying to get a answers from experience peoples.
I have a Valid H1B Visa till next year with stamping from my previous employer. And having all my New H1B Approval Notice, Offer Letter everything..
Could anyone shed some light on this?
