| Subject: Dependents over 22 years of Age |
This is to inform that all dependants over 22 years of age at the time of application should continue studying with "ACCREDITED GOVERNMENT" institutions to qualify as dependent. I learned this the hard way and do not want anyone to go thru what I went thru

my brother in law is 21 but he will be well over 22 when he gets PR,does he have to be in school at the time he gets the visa?
