Subject: To Roy....please help
  hello Roy,
please Roy i need some advice from you. i am an Indian living in UK legally and i want apply for canadaian PR under SW. i check CIC website,i found it very helpfull but i am bit confused about some doubts. the first thing is how to get started? i mean i must just fill one form which just ask your basic information? or there is another form as well? because on this form there is no question that ask your employer address, so how they check your refrence even if they don´t have your employer address?
Second question is should i submitt my proof of funds in the begining or they will request that later on?
and third and last question is that i allready had cleared my IELTS in march 2007. Will this result be still valid if i will submitt my application in june 2007?
thanks Roy.....

THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF SKILLED WORKER APPLICATIONS...

Simplified where they ask for no supporting documents due to lack of storage space and long processing times or Provincial Nominee Applications which are very fast (eight months) where all supporting documents are required.

The fastest is to come over here and work in your field then seek out a PNP certificate and apply while in Canada as a PNP applicant.

Go to the left side of www.cic.gc.ca and click on to Immigrate it is all there.
