FILE TRANSFERED TO NEW YORK OFFICE ;- 20 DEC 06
INTERVIEW REQUIRED :-17 MAY/07 -- AT NEW YORK OFFICE.
As they have call for a interview on 7 june 07 at new york office,as i dont much time for apply a US visa,If i need re-sheduled my interview ,is this possible.
They even did´nt say to do a medical,is this a sign of refusal or this is a general format.
if any body is in same situation.plz share

I´d say request your CAIPS but it may be late. Interview doesn´t mean refusal of application but they want to verify something. Most likely either work experience or English fluency. Did they ask you for some documents such as IELTS or experience documents and you didn´t provide?
Also, did they ask you to take any documents with you when you go for the interview (i.e. Original paycheck stubs)?

Interview reschedule is possible but only in exceptional circumstances. You may try, if granted your file will be delayed atleast by 6-8 months. You should also order CAIPS to see the reason why your interview is required though in some cases CAIPS also do not have that information. If they are satisfied during the interview they will ask you to do medicals.
