| Subject: need Advice about passport request |

My friend is going to get passport request soon, he applied through Buffalo office under skilled worker and file got tranfer to LA medicals are done and fbi fingure printing are done now his wife and kids are in pakistan and he is in USA if he got the passport request, will he send his passport to LA consulate,and his wife and kids can send their passport direct to LA consulate from pakistan through DHL or FEDEX with the retun envolpe to pakistan or any other way.
or can his wife and kids send their passport by mail to him and he can send them to LA consulte.
is body know if the person go personally to LA consulate, will he get the passport stamed and landing paper same day.

Let them send their passports to you and you can send it to the CIC and receive the passports. You can then send your family´s passports back to Pakistan.
make you you use reputed mail system which you can track...

LA does do stamping in person but takes at least 3 weeks - same as - if you mail them - no special track for in person or mail.

is it leagal to send passport by mail pakistan to usa like FedEx or DHL.
the other thing is that he has to travel alot for the reason of his job so he need he passport most of the time. so is there any way hen can get the visa stamping same day as in buffalo hey do the same day.

In LA it has to be by mail and it takes approx 3 weeks - That is the procedure - so postpone your travelling or find a way to travel without this.
