Subject: Sponsoring my parents and dependent brother.
  I have sponsored my parents and my brother who is under 22, not married.
My question is; Does my brother brother qualify as dependent child even when he is over 22, if he remains unmarried?
Is it important to be under 22 when mississauga office receives the application or he has to be under 22 and unmarried when he receives th PR the visa?
