I received a note that my employer is not capable of hiring me. Can my employer make an appeal to this? whom should he contact by mail? or by phone?

Sha, seems this forum can´t answer your dilemma, best option is to ask an immigration lawyer. I was trying to read the CIC website/caregiver program but seems there´s no shortcut to answer your question. Here´s the site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pub/caregiver/index.html

thats true, no wonder it took a bit long for someone to reply here. thank u. ive read infos regarding "appeal"...and im not satisfied with the result. or maybe, its obvious that a refused case is a blurred appeal before the immigration, otherwise presented with a strong proof of change.
salamat. my employer to be sent them a letter of appeal somehow.
