hi!
I was infected with Hepatitis A 9 years ago. As far as i know, its curable but it´s in my blood already. I am cured. and i plan to apply for a work permit. will this affect my medical exams? :(

I hold a visitor visa that will expire march 2008, as soon as i arrive canada probably on March also, my uncle who works in a company will offer me employment since he is the head of HR.
Is this possible? I mean can I change to work permit even if my visitor visa will expire already?

No
Under your situation, you have to apply for a work permit from OUTSIDE of Canada.
Your uncle has to obtain a LMO from HRDC and then you may apply for a work permit from abroad.
