Faster to get married (in reply to: Trying to be able to move to canada)
Hi,

The quickest option is to get married right away. If you don´t, you will have to live together for 1 year before you can claim you are common law.

If she is in a province with a Provincial Nominiee program and you qualify as a Skilled Worker or Economic Applicant, you would be able to have the PNP program expedite your application, however, this option is a little more complex but you will be an independant Permanent Resident and not dependant upon sponsorship.

If you have any other questions, please email me.
