Hi Guys,
I just checked my PR (skilled Category) status and it gave the
following message:
Medical Results have been received
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you regarding this decision.
The Consulate had asked me to submit medicals and police clearance
by Feb 28, 2007. But we had asked for more time but did not receive
any response. I am concerned now as to what that decision may be
Any ideas, please?

How did you ask for more time? Did you e-mail them? They usually respond to e-mail well.
Did you submit your medicals? If you did not, I am sorry to say that your application may have been refused.

Oh! Sorry I thought you did not submit your medicals either. Anyways... you must contact them immediately again. Why were you unable to send your Police clearance?
I had the same problem. When I requested more time for police clearance, they gave me half of what I needed and said that my application will be refused if I dont comply with the new deadline. They made me run wild but it was OK... I found a way to get the clearance in time and was saved.
May be they decided they dont need police clearance from you anymore as they also do some background checks.
In any case, you may receive the results in a few weeks depending upon where you live.

I have an agency which represents me and they sent out
a request by mail.
I had actually been out of the US for 2 months during
this process and therefore the delay in submitting all the
docs

i´ll just want to inquire about the status of my application, how ca i get a file number? how will i know that my application is already recieve, i sent it march 6,2007. hope you can give some answers.
