hey guys, i am trying to get help regarding US immigration. im not sure if anyone could help me here, that would be great if...
i am eligible to apply to US as a nurse from Philippines. my fiancee and i are not really in a hurry getting married, but we dont want to be apart for an uncertain period of time, my questions are:
if i am the principal applicant, can i include her in my application as spouse and fly together?
will the processing time be longer?
whats the best idea here...

I guess your question is regarding immigrating to the States, not Canada, but I´ll try to answer your questions up to my best knowledge since I live in the States.

What kind of visa you´ll be having?
If your visa is H-1 then the answer to this question is yes, you can sponsor her and she will get H-4 visa to fly with you. However, you can also fly to the States by yourself and sponsor her once you arrange for everything. It shouldn´t take more than few weeks.
