Question on Landing

Subject: Question on Landing
  I have received all the required landing papers, i have recieved for me, my wife and my son, as I applied for all of us.
The question is, can I go alone and land at Canada, my wife and son can not come now. we are all in US now, I have to drive and enter into Canada, does Immigration officer ask, why you are coming alone ? when in application you have included your spouse and son ?

I think the principal applicant can land without his/her dependents.

Yes you may, AS LONG AS you are the principal applicant.

Thanks, yes I am the princial applicant,
If I land this month alone, with out my wife and dependents,
can they go and land at a later time before that date given on Landing papers,which is about Nov of 07. ??
