Subject: Kind Attn: Mr.Dennis
I had filed for canadian immigration in Sep 2001 thru an agent. My details with assessment as per the Canadian Immigration 1978, since I applied in Sep 2001 are as below:

1) Age.......(33 at present)........10

2) Education: (I had 3 years regulars bachelors + Masters from external studies, studying part-time through evening classes)............................15 or 16

3) SVP, since computer professional..(Systems Analyst)...18

4) Occupation.....(Computer Systems Analyst).....10

5) Arranged Employment.........................0

6) Work experience...(I have more than 12 years)...8

7) Language ability.....(IELTS written in feb,2003)...6

Reading...band 6...............2
Writing...band 6...............2
Speaking band 6...............2

8) Demographic factor.....................8 (fixed by federal govt.of canada)

I am getting a total score of 75 as i require only 70.

My agent is telling me that, I should not submit the IELTS exam results, if so, my case will be jeopardised and asking me for a good score in IELTS i.e. above band 7.

Please asses my points, if am wrong please let me know.

Please advise, can I go ahead with IELTS score of 6 and submit the original IELTS to CHC, New Delhi or to wait until I get good band.

Thanks and regards,

hydboy.

Sir.

As mentioned, you have hired an agent to support your application for immigration. Therefore, I suggest you look to this person for advice, as he or she will know ALL of the details in your case.

Conversely, if you want my opinion, I would require that you forward me a complete copy of your application. I will then review and discuss every related detail. Only after doing so can I advise you on an existing application.

My fee is $125.00 CDN per hour, and I would require a minimum $500.00 retainer before starting. As you can see, my initial suggestion is the most economical.

Sincerely,
Dennis Caul
