| Subject: How long I can stay outside?? |

I am a PR card holder.I am in Europe and I have been outside(in Europe) Canada for the last 6 months.I still have to stay another 4 months more.So all in all they will be 10 months when I will be back to Canada again.Are they going make me some problems when I be re enter Canada??

To maintain your PR status you have to live in Canada for 2 years (730 days) out of five years. Based on what you have written you will not have any problem when coming back to Canada.

I dont think that there is any problem i am living outside canda and still getting my child benefit. All you have to do that when you left canda and reach your home country try that your passport dont get stamped.
