Canadian friends told me that knowing both English and French in Canada is a PLUS when looking for job. I don´t know if it depends on the area.
I don´t know about the rest of the skills. I am sure other people in this forum know more.

It is commonsense that the skills mentioned will give you some advantage in most countries, Canada is no exception. French, if you know will help you in Quebec. English will help you for the remaining areas in Canada. And you are expected to have some degree of computer proficiency for most(not all) jobs in Canada.
