For skilled worker , Is it a must to have 4 years experience in one occupation , or it can be different occupations within the last 10 years ?
Also, If I am B.A English major and I worked in different occupations which are in the NOC LIST, am I eligible ?

Your work experience can be unrelated to your education and can be in different occupations.
