Married , 2 wifes , as the papers says, my first wife is not living with me , separated long time ago as she is in another country , which is better ? to apply and mention this , or divorce here formally and mention this ?

You have to meet our laws.

In Canada it is illegal to have more than one wife.

You have to be lawfully divorce and have only one spouse.
Not doing so is against the law.

You will have to divorce one of your wives. You will also have to make sure that your second marriage is legal since you married your second wife while still married to your first one. Check the laws in your country.

If your country laws allow you to marry more than one wife, both your marriages are valid. However, if you wanna apply for Canada immigration you have to follow this country´s laws and in doing so, you must show proof of divorce from one of your wives.
