| Subject: a few questions after IA |

hi we receiceved ou I A along with medicals and have a question about
1/visa issuance :
my husband lives in the us we ( our 2 kids and me ) are living in france, my question is where are we going to send our passeports once they will be ( hopefully ) requested ?
are we going to sent them through paris ambassy or do i have to mail it to my husband in the states ( i read on this forum that sending passports outside a country was illegal) and then wait for him to mail them back ?
did anybody go through something similar ?
2/fbi clearance
i lived in the states for a few years and then 2 years ago was deported because i overstayed my visa (cic knows about that ) . I downloaded the fbi fingerprinting form and went to the local police department / commissariat ( by the way if it happens to someone else in the future : here in France you have to try and go to every police precinct and hope for a police officer to take your fingerprints. The only way the police would take your fingerprints is if you are arrested or the police officer knows about your immigration requirements ;luckily for me after 3 precinct / commissariat , I foud one police officer that had had this request a few times before and agreed to take my fingerprints)
Anyway, my question is can ask the fbi to mail the results to my husband in the us ( i think it will be the fastest way as i am indicating cic deadline) or not ? would that create any problem ?
how long will it take for them to mal it to france ?
when sending the fingerprint card to the fbi can i use express mail like UPS or TNT asking ?
