I have an ongoing PR application in CIC Manila.were done with our medical last Dec.2006. Last March the embassy requested additional documents from us. when should I expect our PPR to arrive?

What additional documents they require from you? Is it related to your medical that you are required to undergo some medical testing again. Normally, if everything is normal after your medical, you will expect to hear from them at least 1 month (max. 2 months) to submit your passport for visa stamping already.

thanks for the responce landed immigrant. Actually, the additional document they requested was proof of pregnancies,proof of relationship and why my 2 daughter was not born by tradional midwife and not in the hospital.What do you think? Is there someone out there had experienced this kind of letter from CIC? Help please!!!

You can say the hospital was not within reach soon enough to wait for the delivery or that it is common to have a baby delivered by mid-wife in your country...
Proof of pregnancy could be anything like prescriptions during that time or sonograph copies or proof of gynecologist visits etc.

Mayumi,complete and submit the required documents ASAP, anyway if you´re not keeping or giving false information, you don´t have to worry at all. Expect to receive feedback from them after a month or two. If all the required documents are in order and justifiable, you will get your application approved, it just a matter of time. Take your time and relax and leave the rest to HIM as you already did your best and HE knows what is the best for you and your family. Whatever decision CIC will make rest assure that it is for your own good, don´t get disappointed as HE has more better plan for you.
