it has been almost 8 week till cic webside shows decision made and medical result have been recived .can i enquire on phone from hong kong about my case .

If you applied within Canada, you can. Check http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/index.html for the phone numbers. You won´t probably be able to get any fruitful information though.
