Subject: Urgent... Answers needed!
  hi there,

ive lived in canada for approximately 2 years and a half. After an un-successful refugee claim, i went thru the pre-removal risk assesment got denied as you would subject, got deported too ...weee.

My questions are:

1.Are there any other alternatives i would be eligible for to come back to canada?

2. Its been since August that i was deported, on my deportation order it said i need an officers conscent to get permittion to come back... do u guys have any idea about that or what the officer requires to give me permittion? besides would i still need it even if im married to a canadian citizen, and if i still do how do i get it and would it be hard?

now we´re in December. Would i be able to re-enter Canada again ever? i have no criminal records, no debts, nothing ...lived peacefully, worked abided the law when i was there and anywhere else in the world.

3- my g/f is canadian... and im leavin for the US around January, what im tryin to ask here is, if we got married in Michigan where im goin, she lives in Windsor, Ontario which is approximatly 20 mins away... shes a canadian citizen, she could cross the border anytime... and we got married in the U.S, she can sponsor me as well, where is it best to file the papers that we got married, in the U.S or Canada? and how long would it take to process? and when would i be able to enter Canada that way?

suggestions/advice will be highly appreciated... Thank You

Get Married (in reply to: Urgent... Answers needed!)
I think your only option is getting married to a Canadian.
