hey guys my wife sponsered me i got my pr since nov 2006, things are not working out we live in ontario, we have no kids nor do we have any thing together in our names, i plan on moving to alberta for the better ment of my life, i know she wouldnt devorce me but it dont really matter since there´s no other woman in my life, if i do move to alberta can she do any thing to hurt me? like get a lawyer and sue me and stop my citizenship.

As far as I know, once you get your PR, you are on your own. She cannot sue you on the grounds of PR or Citizenship but if there are other issues like domestic abuse etc. involved, I think she can.

A divorce will not affect your cirizenship or PR status. You are independent, just do not abuse your wife physically or mentally. If you can not live together, seperate your ways peacefully and she cant ruin your status.
