Hello All,
We have submitted our application pack with all evidence to the High
Commission in London instead of the CIC processing center in
Mississauga.
Somehow we had London in our minds as the doctor where my common-law
partner had said that he was going to send the results to the London
office.
We then used FedEx to courier the package to London.... We are so
annoyed with ourselves that we let this happen. We fully accept that
this was our mistake. After spending so long compiling the
application, evidence, notary, medical and much more we were just glad
to get it send off.
What I am asking the group is
1) Do the high commission in London forward your application to
Mississauga for you?
2) Do they send the package back to you?
3) Other ?!?
If anyone has experience of a similar situation, please reply.

relax.........
You are NOT the first one to do that,
London sends a " error " bag every day to Mississauga, and to other centres in Canada.
Remember that the point of the exercise is NOT to screw you up, but to get the files completed, in a timely fashion. Second point, remember that the CIC, worldwide, gets more than FIVE milion new applications every year, so they do have lots of work to get thru.
Patience is a virtue, yes?

MI esposO YA se realizo los exames medicos,Y SE HIZO el pago correspondiente al derecho de admision ($490.00 canadienses) en SETIEMBRE, ya nos dijeron que todo lo han mandado al Centro de Procesamiento en Mississauga PUEDEN DECIRME PORQUE DEMORA TANTO O CUANTO MAS DEMORARA PARA TENER MI VISA E IRME A CANADA...van a ver mas procesos? que es lo que demora o porque demora tanto?
