My E- Cas is almost dead, I applied Oct 2005 at Buffalo, then my file got transferred to Detroit on Jan 2007
E - Cas only mentions these 2 items
Case started processing Nov 2005
File transferred to Detroit Jan 2 2007
After that i received IA, did my medicals on april 10 , documents were sent , but nothing has been updated
does any one has same experience , If e-cas does not give update on your file , then why make all this , just to let people know we are hi tech & customer service oriented ?

I guess you are the ONLY one whose file is "being worked on " or are there a few hundred others, also being processed. Be assusured that you will be notified, in due course.
Un-like other parts of the world, you can´t bribe government officials in Canada to speed things up. I like it that way, don´t you ?

(in reply to: E- Cas is frustrating) Do not worry things are moving at their own pace When my immigration was in process these were the only 2 lines reflected even after my interview medicals passport request and stamping. But once I landed it was upgraded to landed on ---, at ----airport, at ------terminal at 4:12 pm and became a permanent residence . It was the best e status so have patience and it is going there.

(in reply to: E- Cas is frustrating) Guys! Lets talk simple... No accusations on other countries´ governments or blaming our own!
KK: If you are not refused, rest assured that you will land before April 10, 2008. I remember saying this to you before also.
A&A... Need more info. to comment on your issue.

(in reply to: E- Cas is frustrating) Hi Almost perfect
why do you think I have to wait for another 10 for PPR, My file is at Detroit office and I normally see that people get PPR in 3 months after medicals ??

(in reply to: E- Cas is frustrating) @KK
times just vary....we received our PR 4 1/2 months after the medical.
So you shouldn´t have to worry, just have a little more patience ;)
