What is the case if the person comes here in canada in an unskilled category on a work permit but working in the same place as skilled worker from past many time. What should be done to take the help of immigration authorities here or can he/she apply staying within canada to any other employer as an skilled worker.
Will the case be concerned later on as a skilled worker if experience can be shown of the skilled category but visa saying unskilled category.
Now what is the best suggestion for such a case. Please help???????
