Subject: visiting visa
my application for a visit visa to canada was rejected as per the officer i did not meet regulation 179 of immigration and refugee act.
according to him i may not return if visa was issued.
though i know a family in canada i was planning to stay in a hotel apartment not being a burden to any one. i provided them with bank details, work employment of more than 26 years, i was leving behind my wife, two daughters who are under my sponsorship in UAE, as such i must return back.
i have properties in a third country + shares in UAE.
my two son´s who are in high school and have classmates who are canadians are very much interested to have the holidays in canada. i wanted to have a first hand look of the environment+ see for myself the foreign land.
what do i have to do next to obtain the visit visa.please advice

No visa for you, sorry. (in reply to: visiting visa)
Canada is under no obligation to grant a visitor´s visa to any one. You have been rejected. You were given a reason for that rejection, so carry on with your life .

You can always apply again, with a better-prepared case.
Canada has lately become really messed-up in regards to deciding who can come here and who can´t. Like my fellow citizen pointed out above, Canada is under no obligation...

I really hope other countries also treat us Canadians the same way..deciding randomly if we can enter their countries or not, making us wait in long lines outside their embassies: without shade, water and any other facilities, making us line-up previous night and only letting a few of us to get in each day...letting their cops to be rude to us foreigners etc. etc.

I hope you get my point.

true to the word,
those long que´s,without shade and water is not the case in UAE,everyone in the embassy is cooled by central AC units,as mentioned its the process thats rowdy! after all no one is obligated.

Apply again and present your case properly and state all your ties to your family and country. It is about conveying your message in appropriate way and thats it!
