Subject: IELTS Test
I have got average 5 in Ielts test. 4-listening 5- Reading 5-writing 6- speaking .My lawyer says that I get 2 points because of 4 in listening , but when I take the test in CIC homepage ,as result they give me 7 points. so I don´t know what to do, because with 7 point I have enough point for my file, recently I had post from my lawyer that they have exept my file and gave me file nr.but he say´s that when they consider again maybe they refuse my file,so I would be appreciate if somebody can help me.
DO I have totake new test or not?
Thank you. Razavi from Germany

Some Lawyers say anything dont worry about that. IELTS result 5 is ok. IELTS test helps in interview waivers so even if they dont count IELTS result you might have interview. Dont worry interview is easy they ask about your life education and work experience. Once you get File number you are almost done dont worry it might take a while have patience and trust and confidence.

Goodluck

You get 7 points. Ask your lawyer to explain why you are scoring 2 points. You are paying for his services and can demand explanation for giving you wrong information.

But I strongly suggest that you prepare for IELTS seriously and take the exam again. Having a good IELTS score (more than 7) can make the difference of getting interview waiver or interview.

One more thing getting an interview will add on an average 12 months to the application period so make sure you take IELTS seriously.
