So that mean if i get a positive LMO by August 07 i can apply for a work permit in JAN 08?
Is LMO valid for 2 yrs to apply for work permit?
Is there a expiry date on a LMO to apply for WP?

Is LMO valid for 2 yrs to apply for work permit? NO JUST 1YR, THE 2YRS IS FOR THE LENGHT OF TIME YOU CAN WORK

I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I JUST RCVD MY LMO THIS MONTH.

no, my employer is from Alberta, LMO in ON takes about 3-4weeks....and AB takes about 12-16weeks
as for the documents, I don´t have any idea....
just post your question here, and I´ll try to answer it....
