Subject: Your point of view

Hi friends,

My friend received this letter last week; she asked me some explanations concerning some points like:

? The first paragraph, the processing time, do you think it will take 18-24 months to receive IA, or to finalize the application?
When they will be ready to assess the application? She applied 1 month ago, the same visa section of mine (Vienna office).

? Concerning credential assessment, do you think she needs to submit her credential assessment with her supporting documents if the visa section asked for it, or what to do?

? Concerning the IELTS, Do you think she should submit her IELTS within a period? If yes for how long it will be valid?

Could you please share your point of view?
Thank you for help.
Linda

I suspect 18-24 is start to finish but they have already said - it could take more.

your friend needs to read the CIC guidebook. everything is there, and she should do exactly as it says.

since you applied, the rules have changed and it will dramatically affect how long you will be waiting. They are asking you if you still want to wait. Have a look if you qualify under the new rules - if you do you, you may wish to re-apply.
