Hi everyone,
My friend has a deportation letter in the USA but applied in canada.Now he needs a police certificate from the Fbi,is it possible? How will it affect his case in canadian consulate ? Please help us ,please,we really need it.

Your friend will get a FBI clearance unless he is involved in a criminal act. Deportation order doesnt hinder FBI clearance.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is a POLICE agency, so if your friend shows up to be fingerprinted, and they find out that he is "under a order to be deported from the USA ", he will be arrested and put on a plane out of the USA. Immigration offences, including being deported, in the USA are Criminal, so he is now on borrowed time in the USA.
Why would Canada accept a person who is being sought by the US Government, because of their illegal acts in the USA? Canada and the USA have a international agreement that neither country will accept, as Immigrants , people who have been deported from the other country, Sorry .
