Hello guys
I wife is canadian citizen .We got married in India.She was working on H1 so i got h4 from india .Now she got her company transfered to BC .She had applied for my immigration. she is pregnant and having her delivery in few days.My sponsorship file is approved on Nov 4 and our file is sent to buffalo.I haven´t got any letter from buffalo embassy.How much time they are going to take .I attach all my documents my FBI clearence,State police certificate,birth certificate,medicals etc.My visa is up to march 16 2005.

Buffalo takes on an average 9 to 19 months to process visa of spouse (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/times-int/2003-Q4/05-fc-spouses.html)
New Delhi take on an average 2 to 4 months (Information on the link provided above)
Although these are average figures but you can see that there is a huge difference in the time.
As you have sent your application to Buffalo recently I strongly recomend that you consider the option to apply in India.
Take professional help and maybe you can save a lot of time to immigrate to Canada.

its already more than one month that my file is send to buffalo.
