Soon I´ll be applying for my PR, i know that i will have to undergo a police background check. recently i received 4 driving tickets (NO INSURANCE, NO REGISTRATION,) does anyone know if that is serious enough violation to have problem applying for PR?

You should have no problem as far as police clearance is concerned.

The Canadian Immigration service will be concerned if you have had criminal convictions, in your home country, and have served a sentence in prison. Traffic offences are not that important, when they are considering your application to come to Canada. If asked be truthfull about your record.

Were you actually charged and convicted of driving with no insurance? Did you have to appear in court and recieved fines ? Was it just a ticket or are the charges still pending...Only way to see if it is on your police report is to order one and check it...My partner had a driving with no insurance charge from the UK almost 15 years ago and it showed up on his background check ....Anne
