I just received notice in the mail from immigration Canada that I met the requirements for eligibiliy as a sponsor. I am sponsoring my wife who resides in China. The letter further explains that the application for permanent residence has been forwarded to the Visa Office in Beijing.
My question is this: Once I have cleared this hurdles, is the chance almost 90% that my wife will be given a PR visa? How often do applications get rejected at this point? Thank you.

Her applications approval or rejection is based on what was already submitted and what she brings to the interview if required.
