Subject: Skilled Worker PR -- "company seal" mandatory??
  Folks,

I would appreciate any inputs from you on this issue. I am applying for Skilled Worker PR. My employer in the US has agreed to sign off on everything -- letter of reference with all details, business card, etc.

HOwever, there is one small technical snafu -- the company does not have a seal. That is because it is a d/b/a (doing business as) company. So, we don´t have a seal for the company, per se.

I don´t understand what to do. Do I attach a letter from my employer stating why we don´t have a seal? That should not be a problem. He is quite co-operative in this regard.

Thanks again,

Sri

IF THIS is to claim points and proof of your employment, then letter on company´s letter head, signed by your boss will be enough, mention your job title and salary
