Did you get PPR request after submitting medicals?

Did you get a request to submit a request to submit medicals?

If answer is no to both then most probably you have been rejected. If the answer to first is no and second is no then may be you are medically/security inadmissible. If both yes then you have been approved (most probably).

e-cas sometimes screws up also.

If your medicals were requested and your exam showed no medical issues, then you´re probably approved. CIC usually asks for medicals to be done only if everything else (background check, qualification check, criminal check, points calculation, etc.) already went well.

I would disagree with that. Background/security checks sometimes take too long and thats why people are asked to do medicals again as their medical results have expired by then. So, not in all cases medicals are issued after background and security checks are completed.

I´m not sure how much sense that makes. From my understanding, medicals are requested at the conclusion of background/security checks, no matter how long the checks take. I can see the described unlikely situation only if the applicant submitted his/her medicals early in the process, before CIC requested it.

Almost Perfect!!
(in reply to: A decision has been made on your application.)
Almost Perfect and others, where do you get those conclusions? I see nothing negative in CIC seeking clarification documents. And the fact that medicals were requested and completed is a positive indication.

A.S., I think the above opinions are wrong and that you´re probably approved. Let us know results - good luck.

Richard, He never mentioned being asked to submit Medicals. If a decision is made without request for Medicals, YOU ARE REJECTED.

From his first post, I understand that he is only explaining the process.

I hope I am wrong and if he submitted medicals, you are right. Otherwisw I am right ;)

(in reply to: A decision has been made on your application.)
Almost Perfect, in his original post (at the top) he quotes e-CAS as telling him:

Medical Results Received by CIC
We have received your medical results. We will contact you only if additional tests are needed.

To me, that means he was requested to do and completed his medicals - usually a positive sign.
