Subject: IELTS Test
Thank you for your usful answer but I know that if I give
a neu test,I can not get average 7 to getting 16 point
but maybe I can get average 5,5 or 6,0 (8 point).
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/skilled/qual-3-1.html#IELT
is it helpful to get interview waiver or not when I get score 5,5 or 6.
thank you for your answer. Razavi

All I am saying is that prepare for IELTS for a couple of months. Try to improve your english. If you are planning to move to Canada you have to be comfortable with English. So try your level best.

Only the immigration offer handling your case can decide if you will get interview waiver or not.
