hi guys
got my permananet resident card today, took about 30 days for card.
the whole process took about 1 year 3 months,
was sponsored by my spouse from within canada.
wish everyone luck.
don´t lose hope. its takes time, but eventually you get it.

Congrats ! - I am landing soon to Canada from USA,
I want to know when should i apply for health card (ontario)
i will land & come back to usa , then after 2 - 3 months i will move to canada for good, should i apply for my health card now so that when i move i have coverage or only when i move to Ca for good

hi
I would apply when you land, since it takes 3 months for the health card. Then when you come for good, then you are immediately covered. First establish proof of address amongst other things, which is what they want for the health card. I have attached the link for the website below.

Also apply for a SIN number at a human resource center, that takes 3 weekes.
