| Subject: FBI clearance |
I m currently out of status in the US. I need to get FBI clearance. would i risk deportation if i submit my fingerprint card to the FBI?

If you have been issued deportation order then may be otherwise no. Other people in this forum will be able to answer you better.

no you won t get deported from the us unless as anonymous said you have a deportation order.
We are out of status too and we received fbi clearance 2/3 times now .

You should be fine. They do not check ur immigration status. I wonder however if you can get a visa to get back to the US. or if it does matter after getting ur canadian Passort. Anyone knows that?
