| Subject: How long after submitting passport? |

I have applied for my mother´s immigration under the Family Class at the New Delhi office. She has received a letter to go for medical tests and has also been asked to submit her passport along with the medical test receipt to the Delhi Consulate.
Can someone please advise how long before she gets the passport back? Is it safe to assume it would be 3-4 weeks provided medical results are clear.

Wait can be of few weeks to few months duration usually few weeks.

Hi,
I am from Nepal. Now I am visit America. I am living at Montrose Ave,Fremont,CA94538 with my Brother Nirmal Ram Jha. He is citizen of U.S. . Finely, I had talk with My parent´s who is in Canada beaumont city of Edmanton. so, I want to go to meet them. Can I get visa from here ? and how long time take to get visa ? I have just 30 day´s left to return to nepal.
Can someone please advise & solve my Problem.
