| Subject: REGARDING CANADIAN POLICE CLEARENCE CERTIFICATE |

HI ALL, First of all this is a good site and I appreciate who ever has started this site.
My Question:
I was a student in Canada from 2002-mid 2006. But in 2006 due to heavy financial burden I have to commit the following actions:
1) I have to take out all the cash from my credit cards and left for my home country and dint repay them.
2) Also my bank allowed for 1500 worth of daily withdrawal limit, Hence I have deposited a cheque from another bank (which doesnt have money in that account). I deposited 4 cheques like that and took out 6000 canadian dollars.
a) My question is " Will these kind of actions reported to police"? b) Will there be a criminal record of mine created?
c) I want to apply for immigration in australia, and the australian immigration department requires a police check and I dont know how that will be affected.
Is there any site that I can check my canadian record.
PLEASE HELP ME, I DO REALLY WITH MY HEART VOW THAT I AM GOING TO CLEAR(that I have withdrawn) ALL THE MONEY WITH INTEREST FROM WHERE I HAVE TAKEN.
MY CIRCUMSTANCE HAS MADE ME ACT IN SUCH A WAY.

It is unlikely that the banks and credit card companies would have filed a criminal report against you at this time. I am aware of few people who did not return the money for 2-3 years but no action was taken by banks and credit card providers. In any case if you have not been charged and subsequently convicted your police clearance is going to be clean (you probably know this). You can order RCMP clearance which would require you to submit fingerprints and see if that is clear which most probably will be.

It is this type of disgusting behaviour that turns many Canadians against immigrants.
He comes to Canada as a student, to attend one of our Universties, to improve his educational standings, and how does he pay Canada back? By stealing money, and leaving the country, with no intention of repaying the bank, or the credit card company.
And now he wants to USE Canada again, by claiming he has been a good person in Canada , with a clear Police record, to get into another country, Australia.
In my opinion, this person is USING the immigration system, to get what he wants, with no regard for the idea of being TRUTHFUL about his past acts. Hopefully the Australian Government will find out the truth about this person and deny him entry to their country.
