Ehh......you might want to know this is a discussion group, not CIC. Unfortunally we cannot look into your file.
But....buy me a beer and I´ll try to talk to the prime minister.

what does your immigration consultant say? You should have some sort of correspondence from CIC during this time. A file number, something. How do you know the consultant submitted your application? something is not right.

Anonymous, Thank you for ur response. I got my file number on April 2000, after that i send my IELTS score on 28-01-03. After that they ask for original score sheet and i send on 23-02-03. On February 2004, they ask for fill up new application form and additinal family information. All of the papers i send through my Consultant.

I ask my consultant to collect the CAIPS notes, in response of my request he informed me that he will write to the consulate, but he don´t say anything about CAIPS Notes.

Guys...could you please tell me, in this unclear situation what i have to do?

Here i wanna mention one thing....me and my friend Applied in the same date through same consultants....my file was send to Delhi and his on Hongkong. We have same educational background, same professional training and we are working in the same position in the same company....his interview is waived and now in the final stage. Then What´s going on Delhi????

Please allow me some time

Thank you again

Hi Pintu,
I understand your frustration. As you might have noticed from the postings in this forum, it depends on the place you submit your application. CHC Delhi is pretty oveloaded with applications it seems. However, I know a number of cases applied in 2001 at Delhi and landed in Canada now. So I suggest you do some followup personaly.

Guys i ask u caz. i dunno what my consultant doing, either he applied for my CAIPS Notes or not.
