Mine took 10 days. Did you put deadline in your envelope?

Then Anonymous you were lucky

Mine took 4 months without putting any deadline.

When I contacted them they told me that it is the new processing time after 12 weeks they take your money then 4 weeks after you get your PCC.

I did not know that putting a deadline makes a big difference. I know now!

Yes. I think deadline is a key factor. I put it on the outside envelope and also on the cover letter. I followed Almost Perfect´s advice and mailed it certified mail with receipt notice so I was able to track the receipt. I sent it June 28 and they received it July 2. July 11 I emailed them and they responded that the records were already mailed to us.
