Subject: PPR location
When you get PPR, can you send your passport to the CIC office in the country where you´re currently residing or does it have to be only to the CIC office that processed your application?

What if your not residing in the country where it was processed anymore, can you send it by mail or do you have to physically be back in that country to give your passport to them?

You have to send your passport to the CIC office which processed your application. You can send your passport by mail to the concerned CIC office. Try to find out whether they send passport back to any country or only which are covered by them. For example, Buffalo only mails passport back to Canadian or US address.
