WHy not reading past messages first before asking questions (in reply to: Police certificates and clearences)
I strongly suggest to go through past messages here and on immigration.ca as well before asking questions.

In USA , UPS store could be a possible third party who can take your fingerprints on a commercial kit and then send it to FBI. Some local police stations might also have this facility.

Till last year, it was not required to send the finger prints with the application however I heard from a non credible source that they have made this a requirement now.
So check out yourself on these two forums.

Try This (in reply to: Police certificates and clearences)
Vas,
The above poster is correct, use the search button and search for:
- Finger Print
- Police Clearance
- Clearance Certificate

and similar... This will give you a lot of results that already have been answered.
Good luck

Visit www.cic.gc.ca

All the information is available in the Guide. Read it very carefully.
