Why is the spouse sponsor processing time in singapore so long, I hope the embassy works like a remote embassy in Africa. If they are not capable of handling multiple countries either they should transfer this responsibility to other embassy or recruit more staff. Their service is horrible in the entire asia, infact one of worst in the entire world.Canadian authorities should conduct an audit on their embassies around the world regarding their performance. Unfortunately no quality standards(ISO) are adhered.

I totally agree, I´ve never seen any organizatoin perform so slow as does CIC. It is not only in Asia it is like that in many countries.
Not sure how could we improve this? Is there a way we could contact them or do the servey for them. I would do it, just to wait less. This waiting is killing me. Would almost rather be rejected, at least you know what is going on.
